Our magic Knuti bear is still a guiding star on our sky! The memories of him are bright and they will never fade away.
This is a typical Knut pose – we all loved it.
Knut with his jute sack was a sight we never forget.
He always noticed the visitors ….
… and he seemed to be very glad seeing them.
He could be such a clown, too making his bed.

We loved to see Knut awake, we loved to see him sleeping – we loved him whatever he was doing and we still do!

this is another beautiful memory from Knut’s first years of life and his “performances” in the mulch and straw bed with his simple toys we all loved and they remain unforgettable. Thomas Dörflein always came up with something for his darling to get around Mr. B’s ban on toys….

When I see these pictures, my heart warms and I automatically have to smile, but at the same time a certain melancholy rises in me. What a beautiful and lovable young polar bear Knut was! A darling!
These are beautiful memories, also of many people who shared the love for this bear.
