First I want to express my condolences to the Novosibirks Zoo because of the awful fire where five animals died. I hope the keepers and the animals have recovered well from the tragic experience.
These photos were taken before the fire but the polar bears suffered no harm during the fire.

When Belka and Strelka were playing with their toys Gerda had a succesful fishing tour.
Even Kai had been fishing …
… and after a delicious meal it was time for some playful moments in the water.

Das große Angebot an Spielzeug ist ja erfreulich, aber die Möglichkeit eine “Halskette” mit der großen Öffnung in der MItte daraus zu machen, halte ich für gefähhrlich.
Ansonsten sind es sehr schöne Fotos!

Your photos show how young Belka and Strelka still are and that they are not yet fully grown. It’s all the better that they have so many toys to play with. It’s great that they are loved and pampered, but I would take that yellow bunny away from them because I share Britta-Gudrun’s worries. There are still plenty of others left…

Das Häschen ist wohl nicht so “gefährlich”, wie es aussieht,da sich ohnehin schon ein schlimmes Drama ereignet hat!! 😔
