Flocke’s and Raspi’s sons Indie and Yuma are doing fine in the Yorkshire Wildlife Park.

This time of the year the other polar bears are kept separated from each other because of the ‘Spring feelings’. The brother can stay together without problems.
Indie is the clean one. Yuma prefers a darker shade of pale. 🙂
The gulls are always around …
… but the polar bears are accustomed to their presence.
This is Indie and his fans
Sometimes Indie likes to take a nap under a pine tree (I think it’s a pine).
Both brothers like Nobby and they were looking for him.
Dear brother, Nobby’s not here …
Have you any idea where he could be?
Let’s go and try to find out!

Maybe Yuma could smell Nobby but no polar bear in sight.
I hope the boys will soon be together with their older friend.

Vielen Dank für die schönen Fotogrüße von Indie und Yuma!! Die beiden Brüder lassen sich aufgrund des Gesichtsausdrucks und vorallem wegen der Fellfärbung gut unterscheiden…👍🐻❄️🐻❄️😉 Da die Eisbären momentan nicht so gut aufeinander zu sprechen sind, was Yuma ja leider persönlich zu spüren bekam, haben die beiden Brüder immerhin das Glück, ihre Zeit gemeinsam und mit ihrer Fangemeinde, den Möwen, zu verbringen…🐻❄️🐻❄️😊
Ein Zusammentreffen mit Nobby, vielleicht auch wieder mit Luka, ist hoffentlich bald wieder möglich..🐻❄️🐻❄️🐻❄️✊

Thank you for your vivid photos of those handsome male polar bears! Even though there are no females around anymore, it’s better to keep the brothers separate from the other males—who are also kept apart from one another—when hormones take over in the spring…
My favourite photos are the first one of Indie yawning and the one where he’s rolling around under the pine tree. It’s a pity that Yuma has a few patches missing from his fur.
Otherwise, they both look very well and seem to be enjoying life.
