Dear Knutie pie! The 19th of March 2011 was a Saturday and we remember it as the Black Saturday. You are no longer with us but your spirit is stronger than ever! You brought people throughout the world together and it’s fantastic that so many of us are still are together – thanks to you!
They say ‘great love will never die’ and now we know it really is true!
This magazine is a tribute to you. Even though we still mourn you we even celebrate your life. You brought light and happiness to our lives and we can still feel the brightness when we think of you.
You charmed us in the Spring time …..
You charmed us in the Summer time ….
You charmed us in the Fall …..
You charmed us in the Winter!
We are all grateful for having been able to share the happy moments with you.
Your mission was to make people throughout the world come together and be happy together. You certainly succeeded – much better than any leader of this world!

Thank you for your loving Knut collages, the memories of this special bear, and the time when we got to know him. None of us will ever forget that terrible day when he died, nor the grief we felt for him. This little polar bear, his keepers, and the story behind it all brought us together and led to many lasting friendships. Our love for him and the smiles we share when we remember him have stayed with us and provide a counterbalance to the hardships of these terrible times, in which greedy and power-hungry criminals dictate the fate of humanity.
