8.11.2022 – Photos by Hans Muskens
In the Dierenrijk Nuenen the animals are enjoying the days of the Fall and preparing themselves for the Winter season.
This arctic fox is already very white.
This one wants to keep his camouflage colour …. 🙂
What a beautiful face!
Even the raccoon has a face to love – don’t you agree?
Things are not looking good in the world but here in our world everything’s fine!
The lovely brownies should be making preparations for the Winter nap but these two are in no hurry.
I love to pose nicely for my fans!
The lions don’t hibernate like the bears but it looks like this one wants to fill his belly anyway before the frost. 🙂
In the jungle, the mighty jungle the lion sleeps tonight ….
…. well, Nuenen isn’t exactly a jungle but the lions have a nice enclosure so they sleep peacefully without fear.
Even this tiger was hungry but I think this piece of meat filled his belly very well.
Lunch meeting – I just love the hair dos! 🙂
No need for traffic lights here! 🙂
Elva is still in Nuenen with mama Frimas …
…. so Wilbär just have to be very patient waiting for a female companion.
Finally a nice picture of King Lion. I think this photo could be an illustration in a fairy tale book.
Dear Hans! Thank you so much for these lovely photos. I wish you and all the animals in Nuenen a pleasant Autumn time!
Dear Hans,
even if not all zoo animals go into hibernation, there is enough food to put on a little winter fat.
I like the polar foxes, but also our red foxes are a great species.
It’s nice that Elva is still together with her mother FRimas and Wilbär has to be patient for the next love adventure.
The brown bears and lions are great and the lions are doing fine.
The horned cattle are very impressive.
Thank you for your photos and best regards!
Britta-Gudrun
Thank you very much dear Mervi and Hans. Best wishes to Frimas, Elva, Wilbaer and the other animals in Nuenen.
Dear Hans & Mervi
The pictures of the animals
in Zoo Nuenen are excellent!
The racoons are so funny,
sometimes I have tem in my
garden. The little elephant
is so cute. The lions are
beautiful! Elwa has grown
a lot ! 🙂
es sollte natürlich “them” heißen…
Lieber Hans!
Vriendelijke groeten
Anke

Dear Hans
Thank you for the fine autumn walk at Nuenen Zoo.
I like the lions very much. They give a relaxed impression.
The brown bears will soon go into hibernation. Actually, it’s a nice thing to sleep through the winter.
It’s nice that there don’t have to be traffic lights in the zoo or that there are traffic jam announcements. The picture with the elephant and the antelope is a great snapshot.
I was happy to see Wilbär.
Hugs,
Anita
