During Rebecca’s visit in the Karlsruhe Zoo she found Mika swimming and playing in the water.
By the way – there’s no longer a 5-minute limit but the visitors can admire Mika as long as they want!

Mika loves to play in the water and there are always nice surprises to be found in the ‘pool’ ….
…. and even close to the water.
The little rascal already knows how to entertain his visitors.
Playing ‘under cover’ – a secret agent perhaps?
Games with mama are always great fun for the little boy.

Hmm, now I’m blushing of embarrasment. The ‘ears’ are, of course, mama’s paws!
Dear child, sometimes it’s not so easy to see the difference between ears and paws. No need to be embarrassed! Let me kiss your sweet nose.

Dear child, the restaurant is open – always for you.
An afternoon nap is needed. There’s a big difference in the sizes of the boomsies but they are both very cute! 🙂

Der kleine Mika ist DER Anziehungspunkt im Karlsruher Zoo! Nur allzu verständlich, wenn man sich die Fotos anguckt… Vielen Dank für die vielen niedliche Bilder! Es ist wunderbar, wie lebendig, verspielt und neugierig er ist. Die Fotos sind alle super und über den “Secret Agent” könnte ich mich beömmeln…

Thank you so much I cannot get enough of Nuka and Mika.
I would once have visited them myself and stood at the glass with my shopping bag But Karlsruhe is a long journey.
I remember a failed trip to Gelsenkirchen when Lara and Nookie were not out for the three days I was there! So I am happy to sit at home and watch your pictures and read Mervi’s lovely comments.
