Dear ‘Husse’! Today I have the great pleasure of wishing you a very happy 75th birthday! You have grown a lot since you were a little boy but you still have that ‘boyish charm’.
I hope you enjoyed my serenade this morning. Sorry, it was a bit too early but I know you can’t be angry at me! 🙂
You’re the best ‘Daddy’ in the world! I always feel happy and secure being close to you.
As usual we started our Christmas by decorating the tree. However, we needed a little break so I decided to send some emails. I’ve heard I can just push ‘any key’ to make things happen. Hopefully your stuff is still there ….
Of course, we must have polar bears even in our Christmas tree!
Just like you I’m a dedicated follower of football and ice hockey. I wish your (and my) teams best of luck this season.
What a pity you couldn’t visit Berlin this year. On the other hand, I’m glad you stayed at home – I don’t like to be alone!

The pictures of you, Mervi, Mirja and Risto in the snowstorm were taken in real polar bear weather and bring back wonderful memories of the time when we could still meet in person in Berlin.
