During Petra’s visit on the 6th of May it was raining almost all day. However, watching sweet Mika makes even a rainy day feels like a sunny day! I’m sure you will all be singing in the rain when you watch Petra’s wonderful photos.
Mama, what are these funny drops falling down?
Dear boy, it’s called rain. The nature needs much water so the grass and the trees can remain green. Even the animals need water so rain is good.
I love the rain! It makes the wet water even more wet! 🙂

Oh yes, there are lots of mysteries in this world but I think we know everything we need to know.
The ‘pool’ is a real treasure chest for Mika and Nuka. This time Mika found a gigantic ball.
For the time being the ball is almost too big but you just wait …. next year it wil look like a golf ball compared to me!
I found something orange … .. is this maybe a carot?
.Whatever, I will taste it!
Mama Nuka enjoyed her carot sitting half in the water and half on the shore. 🙂
Mika found something green in the water, too.
Of course, he wanter to show his treasure to his fans.

Danke für die wundervollen Bilder dieses lebensfrohen Mutter/Kind Gespanns und einer weiteren weißen Schönheit, dem Albino Känguru! Auch wenn es regnet, kann man das Leben genießen, ganz nach dem Motto von Karl Valentin: “Ich freue mich wenn es regnet, denn wenn ich mich nicht freue, regnet es auch.”
Kap ist schwer erkrankt, wie der Karlsruher Zoo berichtet. Ich mache mir ebenfalls große Sorgen und hoffe, dass ihm geholfen werden kann und er wieder gesund wird!

Als ich letzten Freitag den Karlsruher Zoo besucht habe, war Kap nicht auf der Anlage und das hatte mir schon Sorgen gemacht… Leider haben die sich nun bestätigt… Ich hoffe sehr, dass dem Eisbären geholfen werden kann…🐻❄️💝
