Polar bear proof toys? What a joke!

When we saw the photos of Strelka wearing the yellow rabbit as a necklace we were worried – maybe it was dangerous for the polar bears.

`Well, the ice princess Strelka in Novosibirsk soon demonstrated how easy it was to beat the rabbit. 🙂

Hello visitors, look – half of the rabbit is gone!

Actually I think it’s a pity because I liked my yellow friend.

Even the half of it is a nice bathing companion!

The water is VERY refreshing now.

  1. Dear Sergej!
Thank you for your wonderful pictures of Strelka and her toy. A polar bear can destroy just about anything. But even though he has the strength of a bear, accidents can happen, and I don’t think a toy is harmless if there is a risk that he might not be able to free his head and injure himself or even strangle himself. Fortunately, Strelka defeated the rabbit in this case…

    Hugs
    Anke

  2. Liebe Mervi,
den gleichen Gedanken hatte damals damals auch, aber es ist nun gut ausgegangen, dank derKraft der Bärenkräfte!
Die Wonne der Eisbären an frostigen Badevergnügen teile ich auch nicht!

    Liebe Grüße
    Britta-Gudrun
