When I’m writing this there’s still snow on the ground in the Rostock Zoo so the polar bears could enjoy the right kind of weather. I’m glad, too, because I just love to publish photos of our white fluffy friends on snow.
Kaja was in a playing mood.
Maybe it would take more snow to keep her fur white …. đ

Time for Kaja to take a trip to the Napland for some day dreams.
Skadi was more interested of the visitors …
… or did she just want to clean the window? đ
After the window cleaning she found a nice wood stick to play with.

What an agile polar bear lady she is! Please, don’t try to imitate hur unless you have a red line to paramedics!! đ

She’s sniffing the air – maybe there’s more snow coming down soon.
Noria found a big piece of meat and tries to escape her ‘fan club’ – or are they feathered stalkers? đ

It must be fantastic to see these lovely animals almost on the door step.

Ich bin froh, dass die EisbĂ€ren in Rostock ein bisschen Schnee genieĂen konnten! Meine Lieblingsbilder sind Kaja, die mit einem gelben Eimer spielt, Skadi mit Stöckchen und Sizzel und ihre Töchter, die zusammengekuschelt schlafen.
Noria und Lily sehen gut aus.
Die Rehe im Wald wirken fast mÀrchenhaft und nostalgisch.

Die EisbÀrendamen in Rostock sind alle nett und aktiv.
Sie sehen gut aus und sie genieĂen das komisches weiĂe Zeugs von oben.
Mama Sizzel zeigt, es kommt nicht auf das Alter an, wie beweglich bÀr noch ist. Wir können von ihr nur lernen.

EisbÀren im Schnee zu sehen ist immer eine Wonne!
Leider mĂŒssen sich die drei mit einem Hauch von Schnee begnĂŒgen,
aber vielleicht gab es nachher noch mehr von dem schönen weiĂen Zeugs.
Die BĂ€renfamilie sieht prima aus und ich hoffe, sie dĂŒrfen noch eine Weile zusammenbleiben.
