I visited the Zoo Prague on the 4th of October. Of course, I met the polar bear brother Aleut and Gregor there.

The boys weren’t very active during Rebecca’s visit but spent most of the time lying and watching what was going on in their surroundings. There wasn’t much interaction either but she managed to take two photos of them together.
Aleut was tired …
… but took his time to say ‘hello’ to Rebecca. 🙂
Gregor was a little more active and took a walk in the enclosure.

Gregor was rewardes by a big piece of meat.

A new enclosure is being built for polar bears so soon ‘Vera’s Buben’ can have a better home.

Ich hatte völlig vergessen, dass die Buben von
Polen in the Tschechische Republik gezogen sind.
Schön, wenn sie bald eine bessere Bleibe bekommen!
Denn diese Beton-Anlage wirkt doch sehr antiqiert.

Aleut, der Schmale und Gregor, der Rundliche sind prächtige Eisbären geworden!! Schön, dass die zwei Jungs sich noch immer gut verstehen!!👍🐻❄️🐻❄️
Es wird sich weisen, ob sie auf der neuen Eisbäranlage aktiver sein werden…🤔

Danke für die neuen Bilder von Gregor und Aleut, denen es zusammen offenbar weiterhin ganz gut geht. Beide sehen proper aus und sind zu richtigen Charakterbären geworden mit imposanten Gesichtern und Köpfen. Ich wünsche ihnen in Prag ein gutes Leben mit Beschäftigung und Abwechslung!
