It’s Tuesday, so time for teeth, tongue & the season debut of an old friend. Hello badger Oscar in the Milwaukee County Zoo!! He’s still the most adorable badger there is!
Oscar? Is that you?
Ahh….those teeth look familiar!
Oh ya….they are definitely familiar!
Guess Oscar knew I’d be posting these on teeth & tongue Tuesday 🙂
Looking good, Oscar!
Oscar made his season debut on Mother’s Day – the 14th of May). I stopped on Monday and caught him at the end of the day.
By the way – it just so happens the badger is the state animal here in Wisconsin!

Was für ein niedlicher Geselle,
wobei ich mit seinem Gebiss nicht
in Berührung kommen möchte… 😉
Dear Michelle!
Thanks for the rare pictures of a badger!
Oskar has a very cute face, he looks kind of dear. I wouldn’t test it though given his teeth….
I associate the badger with Kenneth Grahame’s book “The Wind in the Willows” for a long time, where he is a strong and quite fatherly figure.
Now I also know that badgers are the symbolic animals for the state of Wisconsin. Oscar is a very handsome representative.
