We have already seen the big bachelors playing with a canue and there’s no doubt they just love this ‘toy’.
The rangers have placed a canue even in the family enclosure. Flocke, Indiana, Yuma and Tala immediately found it very interesting.
Of course, the gulls were there, too!
Oh bear, what is this thingie? – One of the kids is more interested of a snack he/she found. 🙂
I guess this thing should be carried to the water. Maybe we should give it a name, too …. How about Rasputina – it reminds us of our papa!

Hello birdie! Don’t you think I look like a sailor? Or do you think I look more like Long John Silver – the famous pirate?
I know old captains are called ‘Sea Bears’ but because I’m still young I just call myself a nice polar bear with a canoe.
Very often there are some snacks hidden here ….. let’s see if I’m lucky today …
No food this time but this wooden construction makes a nice play ground for us.
I can train my balancing skils ….
…. I can train my paws ….
… or I can just take it easy and relax. What a wonderful place this is!
A good scrub keeps the fur clean and fluffy.
Let’s share this piece of meat!
Very interesting pose – a new way to find the snacks. 🙂
You may be bigger than me but I’m not scared of you, brother! (To be fair Indiana and Yuma always seem quite gentle with Tala)
It’s not easy to catch the whole family in one photo but here’s one! 🙂
After a day filled with all kinds of activities it’s nice to relax together!
Flocke and her kids wish you all pleasant last Winter weeks. Soon the Spring will be here so stay tuned – we’ll be back with Spring signs!
