On the 10th of December 2007 Corinna and Anton in Wilhelma, Stuttgart, became parents to a sweet little polar bear boy. The baby got the name Wilbär. In May 2009 he moved to Orsa in Sweden.
Although Wilbär now lives in the Dierenrijk Nuenen in the Netherlands I want to show you photos from his 2nd birthday which was his first in Orsa.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU, GORGEOUS WILBÄR! BE HAPPY AND HEALTHY IN YOUR HOME IN NUENEN! I’m sure everybody loves you even there!
Oh, how much I love to remember WILBÄRle at his time in the WILHELMA (Stuttgart) and in the’Bärenpark ORSA Grönklitt’ (Dalarna, Sweden).
Thank you very much, dear Mervi, for informing that he had to move to the Dierenrijk NUENEN in the Netherlands (as usual I didn’t know OR didn’t remember that!). Hopefully he has already found or will soon find there new fans and get the occasion to have a little birthday party on his today’s 15th birthday.
The photographs of Anders Björklund made during Wilbär’s time in ORSA at his 2nd birthday are a real treasure to refresh our memory.

Dear Mervi and Anders,
this is a wonderful memory of Wilbär, who could celebrate his 2nd birthday already Orsa in this wonderful bear paradise, which he unfortunately had to leave again after many years.
I hope that also in Nuenen in the Netherland his 15th birthday was so lovingly arranged and I wish him a healthy year of life!
