Aron was separated from his mother Friida and he is terribly sad!! He only swims back and forth in the pool near the windows. He tries to see mother Friida (through the glasses and the visitor’s corridor) in the other (Nord’s) enclosure.
I watched the zoo camera yesterday (8. April) and it was a terribly sad sight!
This morning, I brought Aron his favorite little yellow ball. It calmed Aron’s tensions down for about one hour.
Friida also seemed to be very worried: she only walked there and back and threw her head. Friida didn’t want to swim, she was a Brown Bear.
I tried to calm down ARON with an umbrella, too. (Nora loves the umbrella very much).
Aron was sitting near the pool even late in the evening – he looked so sad and tired, couldn’t swim anymore.
