I have no special news from the Yorkshire Wildlife Park but it’s always wonderful to see photos of Flocke and her daughter Tala. I’m sure you agree.

She found a red ball in the Loch Polar Bear
What shall I do with this thingie?
Tala decided to train walking on a catwalk. Oh, sorry – I mean on a bearwalk, of course! 🙂 Holding the ball between her paws is an extra challenge.
Naturally, she managed the ‘mission’ brilliantly.
Isn’t she gracious! The big fashion houses must stand in line to engage her as their mannequin!
I’m sure you understand why I’m so proud of my talented daughter!

Tala was born to baerwalk, so she is a natural.
Her graceful ball stance reminds me of Knut as well.
Flocke can be rightly proud of her daughter and that
the title Queen and Princess is written on the body of both!

Tala is still smaller as her mother. I think she will be the wonderful polar bear lady too.
Now she plays with a ball and the other toys in her enclosure.

The two bears are really well prepared for a cold winter. Especially Flocke looks ” big and mighty “… and both have beautiful fur.
The way Tala carries the ball also reminds me of Knut and some other young polar bears (Anori, Fiete?) who did the same. She cuts a really good figure on the “bearwalk”.

Well, I have to say that Flocke is a really beautiful polar bear!
Tala, the little daughter, is adorable. It always fascinates me to see what the bears are up to. Tala’s mastery of the bearwalk with the red ball is really sensational. Mum Flocke has every right to be proud of Tala.
