After buying our annual tickets we hurried to Knut’s enclosure and there he was waiting for us – at least I wanted to believe so.
Knut was playing with his jute sacks and looked so lovely!
As usual I ‘parked’ in front of the enclosure and just admired our Knuti.
This is one of the most precious photos ever taken of me. Not because of me but because of the wonderful background.
A quick glance and hello to another Knut fan ….
He posed so nicely for the visitors’ cameras.
A little walk was on the schedule, too.
This is a typical Knut pose
And this is the ‘I’m the cutest polar bear in the world’-look.
The door to the den seems to be closed but Knut didn’t want to go in anyway.
It was quite obvious he enjoyed watching the visitors and fans.
Oh bear, do I need a pawicure?
No, I think I look fantastic even without having my claws done.
Where’s the catering service? A young polar bear needs lots of nourishment so I’m waiting!
Our Berliner friends made sure we could even meet Thomas Dörflein.
This was the first time we met Teddybärenmutti who brought greetings from Finland.
It was an unforgettable visit in the zoo and we will always cherish the wonderful moments in our hearts.
