While Indy and Yuma are getting new friends in a neighbouring enclosure Flocke and her daughter Tala are spending quality time together.
Flocke – white, fluffy and roundish just like an elegant polar bear lady must be!
After raising three kids Flocke is happy to have some time for herself.
Of course, she soon wants to spend time with Tala, too.
Where’s that daughter of mine hiding?
Tala was busy playing with the black tube.

Dear child, aren’t you a bit too old for that?
Well, after some negotiations Flocke allowed Tala to have her dessert. 🙂

I think it’s great that Flocke gets along so well with her daughter. But I am very surprised that Tala is still allowed to go to the milk bar.

Flocke and her daughter are having a great time and get along very well. They both look fantastic.
I love it that young polar bears stick their curious noses everywhere, especially when it’s pipes, which they then carry around on their noses for a while like strange cyclops. We’ve seen this happen with a few cubs now and it’s been hilarious every time.
I had a good laugh today too.

a nice daughter/mother couple.
Lets hope, they´ll tolerate the
other part for a long time…

It’s so nice to see these two girls happy and settled in at YWP. Flocke is such a devoted mom. The photos are lovely.
Dear Pat, again another series of great pics. Flocke is not only a devoted mother, she is also a natural beauty. The only thing I deeply regret for her is that now, she is separated from Raspi. These two together was a match made in Heaven.
