28.2.2024 – Photos by Jonny Fez
The polar bears Hope, Nanook and Noori could enjoy some frosty and snowy days in the Peak Wildlife Park. Jonny Fez had a perfect timing and was able to take lovely photos of the trio – and other sweeties, too.
Nanook and Noori
Mama Hope loved to feel snow under her paws.
Hope has experienced many kinds of climates – the hot Antibes, the chilly Orsa and now a new kind of climate in England.
She seems to be very happy and satisfied in her new home. It really is great to know Hope and her kids are doing so fine in PWP.

Isn’t it great to have a nice and chilly polar bear weather?
Let me check your temperature. OK, you’re a COOL polar bear! 🙂
Hope was sun bathing in the snow and keeping an eye on her off spring.
The cute little robin had found something to eat.
This squirrel was looking for food …
… and he/she found some acorns or are they maybe nuts!
Dear Jonny! Thank you so much for these wonderful photos!
Fantastic photos of Hope’s kids. They seem to be enjoying the winter weather. It is hard for me to think of Hope as a mom, for I still think of her as a darling cub in the South of France. I am glad she has a good home with her children.

Dear Mervi!

Dear Jonny!
Thank you for the great and happy pictures of Hope and her children. It is a great relief that they have been so well accommodated after the loss of their home. It’s impressive to see how comfortable they feel, especially when the climatic conditions are perfect for them. They look cheerful and full of life.
The cute robin and squirrel photos are a special treat, thank you very much!
All the best

Dear Jonny and dear Mervi!
It’s just nice to see pictures of a happy polar bear family.
Yes, Hope has traveled far. She lived in three very different geo-zones.
It didn’t harm her. She looks great.
The two boys have a lot of fun fighting together and mom Hope keeps a close eye on her boys.
Thank you for this wonderful update from the PWP.
Many greetings,
Anita
Dear Mervi and Jonny
