All the animals in the Tallinn Zoo must have been very good during the year because Santa Claus himself visited them. 🙂
The alpacas received a nice tree.
The elephants were not forgotten either. There were yammy pumpkins in nice parcels.
The mini hippo had decorated his room very nicely. Well, I guess the keepers had helped him a little 🙂
What a great idea to make a pumpkin man instead of a snow man!!
This gorgeous takin was admiring the snowy landscape.
The musk oxes had lined up for a wonderful family portrait.
This beauty was just chilling and enjoying the Winter weather.
When Friida came out she noticed something had changed during the night.
Oh yes, there was snow on the ground!
She seems to have recovered well from the loss of her babies.
What a beautiful polar bear lady she is!
Raspi was feeling some Winter tiredness.
OK, I lift my head so you can take a photo.
Now I’m off to the Napland again. The snow is a most comfortable cushion.

Schön für die Eisbären und die nordischen Tiere,
dass es geschneit hat. Den Elefant im Schnee sieht
man allerdings nicht jeden Tag. Die Pfleger haben
die Gaben liebevoll dekoriert. Ein Festtag für
alle Tiere im Zoo… 🙂

Judging by the presents and treats, it must have been a wonderful Christmas for the animals at Tallinn Zoo. And the snow was certainly the cherry on the cake, at least for the polar bears. Friida and Rasputin look well and healthy, but the other animals also make a good and relaxed impression.

A visit from Santa Claus to the zoo is always a nice change and a tasty surprise for the animals.
