Immer wenn ich Tiere in anderen Zoos sehe, die im Berliner Zoo nicht mehr gehalten werden, wie hier z.B. die Polarwölfe oder die Polarfüchse, werde ich wehmütig und nostalgisch.
Der Vielfrass erinnert mich darüber hinaus an einen bestimmten “Special Agent” aus dem hohen Norden, der leider von uns gegangen ist und den ich vermisse. Möge er in Frieden ruhen.
Sandkatzen sind sehr hübsch und selten tagsüber munter. Ihr hattet Glück, sie wach und aktiv anzutreffen.
Ein Besuch im Osnabrücker Zoo im Sommer ist jedenfalls keine schlechte Idee!

How great to find an article of the Zoo Osnabrück in this magazine! I think it’s the first time!

This time of the year most animals are indoors but you saw many of them anyway. I love the arctic foxes and wolves! I don’t know what the cute little rascal in the 5th photo is but he/she sure is very cute.

The chimpanzee babies are adorable – and I like the photo of the ‘philosopher’. 🙂

They hyenas have not a very good reputation but I like these animals. The forest bison, the lynx and the active wolverine are all lovely to see.

I was surprised to see the red pandas and the tufted deers together but they seem to get along just fine.

Oh my, you met so many animals in this nice zoo so I can’t count them all but I do like them all! 🙂

Ich danke für die feinen Eindrücke aus den Zoo Osnabrück.
Diesen Zoo kenne ich gar nicht. So sind die Bilder besonders für mich.
Es leben viele verschiedene Tiere dort. Da es so kalt war, habt Ihr draußen vorwiegend polare Tiere gesehen.
Das große Polarwölfe-Rudel fand ich toll anzusehen.
Im Affenhaus ist es warm. Das die Kinder nicht zusammenspielen finde ich sehr interessant. Ich denke, dass wird sich noch ändern, wenn das Kleinere erst mal älter sein wird.
Silberfüchse glaube ich habe ich noch nicht gesehen. Sie sehen mit ihrem dicken Fell gut gerüstet für die Kälte!
