Dear Mervi,
Thank you very much for the lovely clips from Karlsruhe Zoo with the polar bear cub! It really is a small miracle that he survived the first weeks of his life under the difficult conditions in the outdoor enclosure and will now continue to grow in the protected indoor area. His first exit is indeed very early, but the zookeepers know what is good and what is not. Nuka is a great mum and has done everything right!
All the best wishes for Nuka and her 1st cub!

Is this cute or is this supercute?
Its very early for coming out, but
little Nuka seem to be real curious
about her environment 🙂 under the
protection of her well caring mother.
