Thank you for this report from Jimmy’s Farm.
Ewa as a mother who bas lost her cub (Miki) is doing what she would do in the wild, keeping away from other bears unless a mating male comes along
Flocke is a matriarch and has been used to keeping her cubs (and Raspi) in check.
Her two daughters are very different. Hope has her size from Raspi while Tala has his strong character and playfulnesz.

I do not know who wrote the text, Pat or Mervi? But one thing is for sure: the comparison of the wet fur with a sheep is bringing the boomsie in serious danger.
I am glad to read that the animals do have sufficient space.

Thank you for the report about Ewa. I think she looks very nice.
The bears have enough space to avoid each other if they don’t want to be together.

Vielen Dank für die schönen Fotogrüße von Ewa, sowie den interessanten Bericht über sie und die Mädels-WG!!+! Auch wenn die vier Eisbärinnen nicht ein Herz und eine Seele sind, scheinen sie im großen und ganzen gut miteinander auszukommen und jede kann ihren Bedürfnissen nachgehen... Und "ein Wolf im Schafspelz" ist Ewa mit Sicherheit nicht, wenn sie Hope erlaubt, "die Chefin" zu sein...

Dear Pat!
Thank you for the lovely update from Ewa at Jimmy’s farm! I wish she would find a friend to end her ‘loner’ existence. I have Tosca and Nancy in mind as role models. But perhaps that was just as unique as the whole bear territory at Berlin Zoo back then? I would very much welcome a bit more harmony between the ladies, but sometimes the chemistry just isn’t right and a certain competitive behaviour prevails.
But at least some of the photos show that Ewa doesn’t take it too hard and still has fun.

Dear Pat,

I’m very pleased about your new reports from the polar bear flat-share at Jymmi’s farm – so today Ewa is the main character, which is her right, because she is the oldest, even if the much younger Hope is challenging her for the boss of the group.
It’s a shame that Flocke shows so little sense of the need for harmony and perhaps that’s why Ewa is a loner.
The last picture with the sheepskin is great! Of course we won’t give anything away…
