I fully agree with your thoughts, wishes and hopes.
Although it seems that many people are currently more concerned with their own concerns around Christmas, this is not true. Many people are personally involved, providing housing for refugees and helping to alleviate the suffering of refugees. And we all know that in Ukraine our freedom is also being defended.
But how is this madman in Moscow to be stopped? Like all dictators, he lets his own compatriots, the soldiers die and completely destroy the country he wants to conquer than to admit his error and mistakes and stop the war.

We can only hope and help where we can.

Thank you for this touching article. Like Anke, I also hoped for peace all over the world. I could not imagine a war in Europe. Unfortunately, that is what happened. We support our friends and relatives in Ukraine. They don’t only need the money, the moral support is very important.

Thank you for your post, the touching and beautiful collages and for your thoughts on this utopia that John Lennon put into words in “Imagine”.
When I was young, I would have signed every single word of this song, today I think more differentiated: on the one hand/on the other hand…, maybe also a bit more resigned. But I still love this song and John Lennon will always have a place in my heart!
Just two days ago I saw a photo that made me laugh and maybe broadened the view on this Bed In a bit… 😉
