Those were wonderful times with Knut and they inspired the most adventurous fantasies… Thank you for the sweet story and the cute collages!
I can imagine that it would be scary for two-legged friends, not only at Halloween, to meet live polar bears on the street, no matter how cuddly they are. I’m not surprised that they would then hand out candy en masse before taking the tricks.
Both bears were very young at the time and they look too cute with their little orange buckets. And the disguise with the pumpkin masks would have made me laugh rather than creep me out….
