Liebe Ludmila, lieber Uwe!
Wow, Eure Exkursionen durch diese überwältigenden Naturlandschaften in den USA sind schon sehr beeindruckend und mit Sicherheit für Euch unvergesslich. Fotos können die Realität immer nur eingeschränkt abbilden, Eure sind nichtsdestotrotz großartig und für sich schon ehrfurchtgebietend.
Auch diesmal habe ich mich über die Tiere, die Ihr dort sehen konntet besonders gefreut: die Ziegen, Maultiere, Raben und den Blauhäher, den ich besonders schön finde.
Auch wenn Ihr Schwierigkeiten hattet, Euren Bungalow zu finden, die Dark Sky Park Initiative in Nationalparks ist toll. In hell erleuchteten Städten kann man u.a. die Milchstraße am Himmel nicht mehr entdecken, in der freien Natur und in den Nationalparks sollte es aber noch uneingeschränkt möglich sein und der Sternenhimmel in seiner ganzen Pracht zu sehen sein.

One scoop after the other as we are near to accustomed to with your publications: landscapes, details, animals, humans, live-actions (horse ride on a narrow path!) – And we are even spoiled again with those wonderful family-photographs (single, couple, three of the family together “The BRIGHT ANGELS”! 🙂 … Love it!

Dear Ludmila and Uwe!

I have always thought that the Grand Canyon is only rocks but there seems to be a lot of life, too. I love the photo of the wild goat. It’s amazing how it can move in that terrain! – The ravens and the blue jay are very lovely, too.

The mule caravan is a sight we don’t see every day! 🙂 What a great idea to transport food and other things.

The canyon itself is, of course, very spectacular – what fantastic wiews it offers! Again I’m impressed by your hiking tours! Chapeau!
