you are my absolute favorite among the polar bear ladies with your charm, your character and your charisma.
Anita, you described her transformation from “thunderstorm tulip” as Knut’s mate so wonderfully, nothing to add.

She has raised three magnificent kittens and is now just as great as a surrogate grandma for Nuna and Nanook!

There has rarely been such a harmonious pair of polar bears as these two were, and the wonderful Joghi kissed every meter of ground they walked on. Thank you again for this enchanting video!

du bist mein absoluter Liebling unter den Eisbärdamen mit deinem Charme, deinem Charakter und deinem Charisma.
Anita, du hast ihre Verwandlung von der “Gewittertulpe” als Gefährtin von Knut so herrlich beschrieben, dem ist nichts hinzuzufügen.

Sie hat drei prächtige Jungtiere großgezogen und ist jetzt als Ersatz-Oma für Nuna und Nanook genauso großartig!

Es hat wohl selten ein so harmonisches Eisbärenliebespaar gegebn wie diese Beiden es waren, und der wunderbare Joghi küsste geradezu jeden Meter Boden, auf dem die ging. Vielen Dank nochmals für dieses zauberhafte Video!

Giovanna first appeared on television asking for snacks and being a whirlwind. The move to Berlin brought her into my life. Following the changes in her relationship with Knut was a full time job. Joghi found a different softer Giovanna when they moved into the new enclosure in Munich.
As you say Giovanna proved a loving and caring mother to Nela, Nobby and Quintana. Now she has Nuna and Nanook to look after.
Every couple of months when I visit Nobby in Doncaster I am reminded so much of Giovanna.

Danke für die Geschichte über die schöne Giovanna. Ich bin froh, dass sie immer noch eine Schönheit ist. Sie ist erwachsen geworden, hat in Yoghi ihre Liebe gefunden und ist eine gute Mutter geworden.Jetzt lebt sie mit den jungen Bärinnen und lässt sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen.

After Giovanna showed Knut where the hammer hangs, stole his pumpkins and confused his senses, she has developed into a loving companion of Yoghi and a tender mother of their kids in Munich. Doris W. sometimes called her a “Gewittertulpe” during her time in Berlin and attested to her in Munich that the only thing missing was a little cocktail apron…. She was very surprised about this transformation. The love for Yoghi has transformed the young wild one into an almost gentle bear.
Yoghi, of course, remains fondly remembered by all who experienced him.
It is wonderful that Giovanna, as an experienced polar bear, now shows the young ones the ropes and serves as a role model for them.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Bella Donna, you beautiful one and all the best for your new year. Stay healthy and enjoy life!
