This is a very cute story and Fiete looks adorable in all his costumes. But his mum was right, his own fur suits him best, even though I found him quite adorable as a lion….

Btw Fite: Knut was a good teacher in such matters.

Hopefully many zoos will again take the opportunity to decorate the animals’ day with lots of pumpkins. I think Hanover is at the forefront of this tradition in most American zoos.
