WAAAAHHH!!! Found it. Dumba, simply wonderful. I love all these pics. And apparently, I knew that Zoo Berlin has changed this and that to the former brown bear enclosure and now, on the basis of your pics, I must say that I like them. Especially the little waterfall. In my eyes, it is a good example of improvement without killing the “old feelings”.

Thank you for the chance to see the three rescued Orsa brown bears in Berlin Zoo.
I wonder what plans the Zoo has for the empty Polar Bear enclosure.

Liebe Dumba!
Danke für viele schöne Bilder der drei Schokobären. Sie sehen super aus, mit wunderbar dickem Fell und ziehen viele Besucher vor die zum Glück wiederbelebte tolle Anlage. Ich freue mich, dass dieses Gehege wohl auch in Zukunft ohne Umrandung durch meterhohe Glasscheiben bleibt und hoffe, dass dieser Trend, wenigstens für Außenanlagen, vorbei ist!

Dear Dumba,

You had a great photo session with the three brownies and they were in a good mood to model for you. Above all, I’m glad that Berlin now has brown bears again, in keeping with its heraldic animal. The enclosure looks very good and water is very important for the snitch.
So the old enclosure has found a good new use.

Thank you, dear MERVI, for having taken the time (I didn’t***) to make something ‘special’ of it! Even for me myself it’s nice to see all the bear photos in a row and charmed by nice and funny subtitles/comments and even by a new information:

I read Lillebor in all publications as name for one of the bears so far. Now YOU set these authors straight in calling him LillebRor and informed in the same time that it’s FINNISH.
