Michelle, Knut didn’t like salad and often threw it back to the keepers with the clear message ‘NO SALAD’. Berit is of a completely different opinion and enjoys her vegan meal.
It’s fun to watch her and your photos are great, thank you very much!

Berit is a very beautiful polar bear lady and knows how to enjoy life. It is always remarkably amazing how well-mannered bears eat.

Berit shows the delicate way in which Polar Bears eat a single carrot. This love of vegetables astonishes most visitors who think Polars only eat meat.

Lettuce and Carrots are yummy Snacks.
Cooling down in the water is the best
way, to stay in the summer-heat… 🙂
