To many visitors, ‘Bear Wood’ is the star attraction at ‘Bristol Zoo Project’ but it is also home to many other varieties of wonderful animals. Cheetahs, Gelada, Giraffes, Zebra, Eland, Red River Hog, Meerkats, Lemurs, Pygmy Goats and Village Weavers can all be seen.

  2. Dear Pat!
Thank you for your great photos from Bristol Zoo! Apart from the iconic animals such as bears, cheetahs, zebras and giraffes, the zoo has many other lovable animals such as goats, meerkats, brush-eared pigs and others, which I also like and which are obviously doing well there.
In addition to the zoo animals, I was particularly pleased to see the little robin, which I haven’t seen “in real life” for quite a long time. A beautiful photo!

    Hugs
    Anke
