Chinook is the laid back 🐻. Brian is the fiesty 🐻 Mama 🐻 Ronnie is in charge of them.
Whoa….looking great, Brian! I used to call Brian the “pip squeak”, as he was always much smaller than his brothers. Not anymore.😍

I made a point to visit her at the end of the day. Of course, Mama 🐻 doesn’t use the extra step added to assist her. 😄
Nice balance, Ronnie! Yes, she’s 29 and has slowed down. Temps were cooler when I visited her and she was moving much better. Keep in mind it was an extremely hot and humid Summer.
Mama 🐻 Ronnie is being closely monitored by her keepers (& vet staff). After all – she’s 29 years of age!
After taking a drink….Mama 🐻 headed inside.

Brian and Chinook may sometimes disagree, but they always manage to find common ground. Their mother Ronnie is a beautiful old bear with a lot of character who doesn’t need the climbing aid yet and ignores it.
I wish the three of them all the best.
In my opinion, caribou have rather impractical antlers… I’m sure they’re glad they can shed them from time to time.
