Maybe you remember the bushdog couple Belle and Gaston in previous reports from the Yorkshire Wildlife Park?

Now they have become parents to four sweet puppies.
The pups are about 7 weeks old.
The sex of the pups is still unknown.
When a puppy goes too far away mama Belle has to take action!
They were all in a house but have ventured outside in recent days.
Just look how proud mama Belle looks. She’s so happy about her sweet babies.
The parents have dug out a hole (den) and the pups can be seen going in and out while both parents watch over them.

Of course, I don’t remember (blush) an earlier story about bushdogs in ‘YWP'(with my brillant memory), the more I was pleased and charmed by the introduction of the bushdog couple with their charming French names “BELLE et GASTON” (awwww….) and their four lovely puppies.
